We offer notarial and document authentication services, both online and in person.
Users must provide accurate and lawful documentation for notarization.
All services must be paid in advance. Prices are listed in CAD and may be subject to taxes.
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling.
Cancellations made 24 hours prior receive full refunds. Later cancellations may incur a fee.
All website content is the property of NotaryTrust and may not be reused without permission.
NotaryTrust is not liable for delays or outcomes due to client error or legal document inaccuracies.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
